Unanswered CS ticket

I opened a ticket 4 days ago. Figured it would be an easy fix but I am still patiently waiting for an answer. I understand you guys are busy but someone needs to man the CS side of things too. I want to believe all the posts about how great your CS is but I am getting a little concerned. Ticket Number QY4DBM1GUY. If this needs replacement let me know and we can replace it on my next order. Thanks

Hi rr, sorry about the delay. Sometimes when you add comments on to your ticket it moves it to a different queue and we don't see them as 'new' but 'waiting reply'. I replied though and would be glad to get you fixed up.
