Personally..."genuine joyetech" isn't a selling point with me. Nothing wrong with the brand...but I'm not so impressed with it that I'll exclude other brands of a similar build and quality. Personally, I've gotten better life from "BetterLife" and "Hello" brand "eGo" products. If I've had problems with an eGo.type battery this past year...it's been with Joyetech. Just sayin'.

Just 'cause something costs more and is popular doesn't always translate to "the best". Not saying Joye isn't good...it is. But it's way over-hyped.

Yes, we have recently been in contact with Joyetech regarding this issue and are trying to work it out.

We are listed as an Unauthorized Distributor currently and NOT as a website selling copycat products.

I can assure you that we do sell genuine Joyetech products, but our unauthorized status has stemmed from a previous instance when we were selling Joyetech eGo-C Starter Kits for less than Joyetech's minimum retail pricing. We were unaware at the time (we were selling 1000mAh kits and the price they set for 650mAh kits), but after Joyetech communicated the issue to us we have since fixed that problem. No big deal.

However, we are now in a quandry with Joyetech because of some of the custom kits we are selling such as the Joyetech w/ Vision eGo Clearomizer Starter Kit and Joyetech w/ CE5 eGo Clearomizer Starter Kit. These kits are made completely of genuine Joyetech products EXCEPT for the clearomizers (and in the case of the CE5, the replacement heads) that are substituted for the standard Joyetech atomizers and cartridges. Despite how well these products sell and how much business that translates to for Joyetech, they feel that it dilutes their brand and causes confusion among their customers. We are negotiating with them in an effort to come to an agreement currently, but I'm not sure how it will turn out at this point. We will keep you posted.

We love working with Joyetech and their products, but we also feel that the clearomizers sold by other manufacturers are often a better option for many customers and since Joyetech does not currently make a similar product we are forced to substitute.

We are finally in the midst of working this out with Joyetech. You may have already noticed that we have changed the names of these custom starter kits to no longer include Joyetech in the product title. This was done at the request of Joyetech.

Basically, we will be allowed to continue selling the custom kits with their batteries, chargers, etc. coupled with clearomizers from other companies, but we just can't title it as a "Joyetech Starter Kit". We will also remove the branding from the product images. However, the kits will still be made with genuine Joyetech products except for the parts that Joyetech does not make and it will be noted so in the description. We feel that this is a reasonable agreement and look forward to continuing to do business with Joyetech.

As for officially getting removed from the list of unauthorized dealers on their website, they said it could take up to one month.

Alls i can say is kudo's to MFS for their custom starter kits. Im a CE5 user and im so glad that kit was offered. It should be here today or tomarrow with your version of RY4 that i cant wait to try. I say MEH! to joy for being such nit pickers about the kits, the CE5 is by far one of the best delivery systems ive tried, but rest assured i will try the 2.0 mil tank sooner or later, and hope for results as good as the CE5's im useing. Great kits and great prices! Keep up the good work.

I think we have finally worked this out. Joyetech agreed last week to remove us from the unauthorized distributor list and allow us to continue selling our custom kits as long as we don't brand those kits as Joyetech kits. I just checked this morning and it looks like Joyetech was true to their word and got us removed from the list on their site. Thanks to everyone for their feedback and support on this issue.
