Now, the tricky part is determining what makes one underrated. Is it because many think they're no good or just not that good; maybe nobody talks about them or maybe they're new?
I would have to say that I think Mom and Pop Vapor Shop is underrated now (meaning, nobody talks a whole hell of a lot about them), but there was a time when they were much more known and widely talked about. I'd say the same thing with Vapor Station, but M&P even more so. A lot of vendors that used to be considered great ended up falling victim to the proliferation in liquid vendors.
I am really interested to see what results come in. I don't think the term "underrated" counts if there are big threads representing the vendor. I'll put my thinking cap on and see if I can come up with something else.

Lego, what you could do is check my thread, Top 5 vendors (eliquid) for underrated vendors. There's a new post created by ECF member, New Kid, and he logged in all of people's top 5 vendors and ranked them according to "votes." If you like, you could just check this post New Kid's tally for underrated vendors. It might be more of a generic way to find what your after, but it may be a start. If there is a vendor on that list that your interested in, you could do a thread search for the name of that vendor and it will take you to the post(s) that mention them; also, that would allow you to find the member(s) who likes said vendors and you'd be able to PM them.

I quit smoking thanks to High Caliber from My Vapor Store. I must be odd because they never seem to make any of the lists, but, even after trying some of the more expensive stuff out there, I keep going back to several of their flavors; fire cured virginia, red and white, fine cuban, and blue ice. I must have wierd taste buds. I can't stand Halo tribeca even though that seems to be a very popular choice (I do love the Longhorn however and Kringles curse).
I agree with Mr Mann about Mom & Pops. There was a time when they were constantly being talked about on ECF. I STILL love them.... They are awesome people, they make some very nice juice (did I say that I love their RY4 & Tobacco Haze?), and they offer outstanding customer service. I just don't see them discussed nearly as much these days... Maybe because they hadn't gone to market with any new products for a while... I dunno, however Tami recently sent me some new juices to try while she was developing them... they are finally on their website and they are awesome!!!! Give them a shot; you won't be disappointed.
The other vendor I hear little about is Highbrow Vapor. They too have good customer service and offer a wide variety of quality juices. They will custom make any juice they sell to order. I will say that that some of their juices are a little light on flavor, but extra flavoring is available. They do have the most unique RY4 available. It is not your typical RY4; it is out of this world terrific and has some non-descriptive citrus that brings the stuff alive- and it's not overly sweet. I must ALWAYS have a bottle of their RY4 in my cabinet. Even if you don't like RY4- it's a "must try"

I think one of the criteria for being underrated would be that no one talks about them much. Bluemist doesn't qualify based on that.

I've had great experiences with Orb Vapor, but seldom see people post about them.
i personally think the juice from the place i work is great (i believe it is against the rules to say where) nothing else quite compares except halo and vermillion river

Try 95% Haze / 5% BGB. I dare you!
You try it Mann? Ads kind a unique layer to the Haze... Any more than 5% overpowers it
Here's one I don't here a ton about- I read some pretty awesome reviews about Cooper Creek House Blend and just got done placing an order with them. CC House blend, KoolAid, & Pumpkin Pie
Blue Grass Burley From Ahlusion... In my opinion, one of the best straight-up tobaccos made. I also use it to introduce/increase tobacco flavor in other juices; it plays well with (many) others.
