Awesome! I have been reading and I get the impression that I add "drops" per ML of juice in the bottle, shake and go. Should I steep it with the juice?
I DIY and add about 10% into my mixes (calculated for the nic level I want). No steeping needed.
Depending on what nicotine level you're at, adding a few drops of the 36mg may work just fine.

It is actually for my wife in front of the TV. I ordered 15ml of 6mg. I will start at 5%. She has 4-5 flavors in 10ml bottles. I'll get close enough.

There is Mother's Milk too, Whole-Tobacco-Alkaloids-WTA-Nicotine-Nornicotine-Anabasine-Anatabine WTA e-Liquid Bulk WTA e-Liquid but I have found it concentrates in my tanks, sediment I guess. And that's their unflavored.
I bought all 3 a few months ago. One was really thick, like syrup, so I had to cut the strength to thin it. It's ok if you're mixing with regular nic, so you can boost it back up if you want. I thought it was a pain.
It might have been Aroma's DIY. I think it's 100% VG. Maybe someone knows. Their website is cumbersome to say the least too, so good luck.

I didn't noticed a dramatic difference, but I may order some more. Probably Aroma.

I'll probably throw some in an all work-day tank just to see if I can sense a difference.
My wife is still smoking because, I think, the alkaloids. But she does vape in the evening to avoid going outside.

I would definitely start at 10% for someone who is having a hard time quitting cigarettes. If it works (and I really hope it does) you can always reduce it little by little.
When I first started using WTA, I NEEDED that 10%, at all times. I tried less and it just wasn't enough. I now vape regular during the day and switch to the 10% WTA starting in the late afternoon and into the evening.
