3% CAP Sweet Cream
3% CAP Bavarian Cream
2% CAP Vanilla Custard
This seems to be it. Most will tell me it is exact. Needs a one week steep to be all it can be. One of the first recipes I started making in 120ML batches.
Also, it seems to come out best in a 70/30 VG/PG ratio.
