The forum is, essentially, a US forum due to the fact that 85% of the traffic is from the US and 95% of the information is US-specific. You can assume that all you see is for the US unless it says otherwise, and anyway most info is for
vaping and therefore not country-specific.
Other countries have their own boards because their membership is so tiny compared to US numbers, and information for them would be lost otherwise.
If you go to the Social Groups, you can find regional groups for your area of the US. Because of the size of the USA, these groups are sometimes equivalent to other countries. If there isn't one for your area, ask the Forum Manager if you can have one.

Technical note - for interest only
Currently the Social Groups are just running as ordinary sub-forums because the full SG functionality from vB3 does not work in vB4. For example they cannot be started as an SG, be private, or be run by a named 'owner'.
