Unlike battery charging

I have a charger I use for AW IMR 18650 and 14500's. It has 2 charging channels. Can I charge a 18650 in one channel and a 14500 in the other?

It depends on the charger. If the charger has two independent charging channels you can. If not, it may not be safe to charge different sized batteris.
