Hey Crew, sorry I been absent for a couple days. Been quite the interesting week here in Gamehendge. Gamehendge as you know sits very near a place that until very recently was referred to as "Happy Valley". I spent the better part of the last few days covering the story. I haven't been involved in a newspaper in years (as a reporter for the campus rag) so I was a bit stunned when asked by a few people to lend the perspective as a former fan/student/college newsdude. All that while trying to juggle my "real job" too. Yeah, its been a long few days. I was reminded in a not so subtle way why i never seriously considered journalism as a career option.

An ordeal indeed. What an absolutely horrible story. I just can't fathom how someone can see something like Mike McQueary supposedly saw and not call the cops. Or at the very least, run into that shower and start kicking some dirty ole' mans ....!

By the way, did your juice arrive yet? if not, it should shortly.

Welcome back. Glad you survived the ordeal.

Hi back kevin, how you been?

Hey Phorbin.

Good morning. Hope you can stay warm over there.
Hey mooreted. I didn't know if you were referring to me with regards to the weather. The snow in CT from Oct 29th is all gone, and it is about 55*F here. Not too bad for the middle of November. The snow will be back soon enough, and I'll be cursing every minute of it while I'm shoveling it. Take care.

Oh, well that's nice. Sounds like about the same weather as California for now. We don't have to worry much about snow, however.
I don't know exactly where in California that you live (Northern or Southern), but if I lived in Southern CA, I would hope that I would never have to mention or hear the word "snow" again. Especially after our past season of snow here in CT.

I live about as far north as you can get. We get a lot of snow in the mountains, but here in the valley it only snows about once every 10 years.
WOW! Once every 10 yrs. I would've thought that being so far North, that you would've gotten more. I remember watching a movie called Jennifer 8, (from like 1992), and although they had filmed this movie in Vancouver, I remember one of the characters saying "Welcome to Eureka". (California). Remember alot of snow in this movie, which kind of threw me a bit, being that it was supposed to be California. Sorry for rambling. My mind is full of alot of almost useless knowledge....especially movie trivia.

Lol.

Well, if they showed snow in Eureka the director should have been fired. I don't think it has ever snowed in Eureka, it's on the coast so they get a lot of rain, but no snow. Here in Redding it's 115* in the summer and 30* to 70* in the winter with lots of rain. It will snow down to about 2000' but our elevation is something like 500'.

Can't remember if I've seen Jennifer 8 or not. I usually like Sci-Fi stuff. I'll have to watch it now.

It's a good sleeper/thriller with Andy Garcia, Uma Thurman, and Lance Henriksen (from Aliens/Millennium). Definitely worth a watch if you get a chance. In the beginning of the movie, it was raining there, but then it was Christmas and it was snowing. My favorite quote from the movie is from Lance. He says, "Ah shtt, it's a F'in hand." If you watch it, you'll know what I'm talkin' about.

Sounds good, I'll definitely check it out.

Congratulations on finding BWB! I felt the same way back in January of this year. Lots of good stuff to try. If you have any questions about the juices, this is the place to get your answers. Most of the peeps on this forum can probably help to answer your questions. (Especially Whiskey). Enjoy them!
