Hi experienced brew crew... just how long.. and what is.. the steeping process exactly? i noticed after my first order the waffle was good right off the bat .. but other tasted better a week or so later is there a difference according to the mix? and thank you all for the welcomes

[/QUOTE"Steeping" is basically just giving the juice a little time, in a cool dark place (cabinet-not fridge), to sit in the bottle to give it a chance to "blend" a little better. Since Don (BWB) makes his juices fresh to order, sometimes, it is better to do this to get the better or "full" potential flavor of a juice. Some are good right out of the package, some are great out of the package. Some people may not fully enjoy certain ones right out of the box, because they may need a little extra time to blend and become excellent. Tobacco flavors, to me, get a little better with a little steeping time. Try them when you get them, and decide. If you find that a "fresh made" juice just doesn't hit the mark with you, then give it a week or two of steeping time, and then give it a shot. It may be better tasting for you. Your choice based on your taste. Sometimes, it may be hard to wait, but it may be worth it. Good luck!
