Yep, used to happen to me, too, but not with nausea. Even after I switched to VG, which solved my biggest probs, my skin and scalp would sometimes crawl and dull headaches would follow. I dropped to 9mg a few months ago, which helped a lot. The change was so positive that I dropped again to 4mg a week ago and have never felt better.

BTW, my PG reaction didn't kick in big-time until several months in. A year seems like too long for first effects, but I really have no idea. Good luck, newb.

What makes humans wonderful is that we aren't cookie cutter...each of us is unique :) I believe Jeff has the right approach and that's be aware of what you are vaping (as well as HOW) at all times :) I keep a little journal that I fill with notes on what reaction when, what did I like after I bought it, what blank carto has what juice in it currently, what combos I like...etc., etc. I think that's maybe a bit much for most people but I enjoy the "mad scientist" approach :p

Right on, Kanza. Seems important to realize that we've substituted tobac with some new substances in quantities that our bodies haven't seen. I'm actually a bit surprised when I read that certain folks have never had any adverse reactions of any kind.

I'd go as far as suggesting some repeated trial and error to double-check things over time. As an example, during the past year I've twice returned to PG mixes for about two weeks and experienced the same reactions I had early on. At least I know it wasn't something else. Good to know such things while we settle into our new routine, which may be with us for many years to come.

This has happened to me before. It was actually a slight ic overdose due to a new PV getting flooded and therefore way more juice than normal getting consumed. I realized the issue after going through 5ml of juice in about 10 minutes...not a good feeling, but an easy fix. Hope it's something as simple for you:).

MK, I am the king of heartburn lol! I had it when smoking analogs and still have it occasionally. I found the best thing for me that works is a 2 week course of Prevacid OTC (Double dose) with no spicey foods, strong coffee or any fruit drinks / juice and it stays away for months and when it does comes back I watch what I eat and take another course.

The nausea stopped after I stopped vaping and had a few cans of soda with some food. I had my regular session after dinner and it was ok again.

I think too much of a certain flavor causes this.. I concluded that when I chain vape my favorite flavor (red energy), it happens.

Its really upsetting because I save these cartos for myself as a treat for chain vaping...

I think I will try it lower nic and see if its better that way..
