Update on Nebula Pre-Orders and some additional info

Hi everyone, the Nebulas are in the U.S. of A and we're hoping they still arrive this week as planned. Customs willing, it looks like everything will be going out Saturday!

Also, we're deploying a new website framework to improve the experience of of customers and our ability to process orders effectively without any bugs. We've begun work on this and hope to get this going as soon as possible. In the meantime you may notice the current site having some issues and this is exactly why we've invested in a new platform... It's going to take a lot of work to get going but we're certain it's going to make everyone have a much better time!

Any of you guys interested in an auto-ship function that allows you to automate your cartridge and/or liquid orders?

Hi Ben...the new website in the works sounds great!...dunno about the auto-ship though because i think for at least right NOW, until the FDA's stance on enforcement has become more clearly understood it may end up being too many headaches for both you (seller) and buyers if/when your expected shipments dont arrive exactly as expected through customs. That might make for alot of paperwork and aggravation for both sides right now.

I think, however, if the FDA ever clears the air on this in the future it sounds like an excellent idea...especially if you offer discounts to those who setup and use the auto-ship feature!

Cool, pretty stoked to try this Nebula. Even making sure that in the meantime, I don't go out & get a decent whiskey buzz on, lest I lose my inhibitions & smoke another sh1tty $1 cigar. Never again!
