Hi @MissVonni and welcome to the forum. The general rule is most people cut their nicotine in half or more for sub ohming.

The rule of thumb is "the better the delivery device the more juice consumed and therefore more nicotine ingested." Nicotine sickness is possible. Symptoms included are headache, light headedness, stomach ill, etc... Here is a search for nicotine sickness : https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/search/1938117/?q=nicotine+sick&o=relevance&c[node]=39

If you're getting any of these symptoms it would be advisable to cut back on the nicotine. You can buy the same juice in a zero nic and mix "equally" with the 24 nic and have juice at 12 mg nic. In my opinion most people sub ohm at 6 mg or less.

Everyone is different, you'll have to be careful and watch for any of the symptoms of nicotine sickness.

Good luck in your vape journey.
