Upgrades, backups and does this sound like a good idea?

So, my GLV2 has the older head piece, which can be upgraded, but requires you send it in to do so.

I'm not having any problems, but it is only about $15 and it is always good to upgrade, right?

However, I then have to dig out old equipment, charge, hope something still works while the GLV is out of commission.

Stabs of anxiety make me realize I have nothing that is equivalent. My emergency backup for the GLV doesn't really exist.

So, is it not reasonable to just buy a new head piece, get the other one upgraded, and thus have two on hand? Of course! But I'll feel guilty about the money without some support here...:2cool:

Backups are always a good idea. Nothing vapes like a GLV and that's why I have backups for my 3.7v and 5v. After my GLV3 arrives, I'll be getting my head-caps upgraded. I cannot use any other mod and be anywhere near satisfied.

Buy a new head-cap (or a new 5v GLV) and look at it as an investment in uninterrupted vaping bliss.
