upset with my new order

I got a order of 25 cherry 5 ry4 and 5 grape they all have a cap on them that isn't plastic. I can't open them easily and they don't produce as much vapor. with my previous order i got plastic ones... they can be opened and they produce more vapor. If i knew that i was going to get these awful inconsistent ones i wouldn't have ordered them im out 60 dollars now for a product that isn't the same as my last order. im furious.....

do you mean they have a hard plastic cap rather than the normal soft one thats easy to pull out and drip through? i thought that was part of the design of the MF cartos, so that is very strange... could you post a pic?

yes its the hard plastic cap with crappy cartomizer that doesn't produce very much vapor... i ordered the bloog fusion on the website they sent me 10 cartos with the plastic easy drip tip. these are hard plastic and don't produce hardly any vapor at all..... im very ....... i figured i would get a consistent product... i guess not... and now im almost out of cartos and have no juice and will have to go back to smoking analogs until i can get this sorted out.

anyways on to the real details enough with the rant... i ordered 5 cherry fusion cartomizers and got the soft cap with my first order. my second order i ordered 25 the same exact way as the first 5 and got these awful ones... if this doesn't get worked out im going to stop ordering from them...

It looks to me like you got Fusion cartos, not MaxxFusion. Check your order form, if you ordered the MaxxFusion we will exchange them.

those are the standard krk808's and the older fusion line...they are not the maxx fusion...as leaford said if you ordered the maxx and got those please let us know asap so we can send you the correct ones... if not everyone please make sure... if you want the MAxx bloog order the MAXX FUSION

you should have ordered MAXX fusion cartos. if you ordered cherry FUSION, then you got exactly what you ordered as the maxxfusion and fusion are different.

correct and they are less expensive... I am talking it over with my partners...but we may just relabel the older regular fusions ----KR808d1's----- on the site to set them apart from the maxx fusion... to prevent these mistakes in the future...what do you guys think?

Okay my first order with bloog i ordered the ultimate fusion starter kit (not maxx fusion). which came with 5 cartomizers. i ordered reds... i got the cartomizers with the soft plastic caps. I also added onto that order fusion cherry cartomizers. in my order history i paid 7.49 for them. I recieved the maxx fusion cartos on both products, so naturally i thought this was apart of the fusion line... and reordered and what do you know i get these different ones...

well basically on your first order you got a great deal and saved a lot of money because you got the maxx fusion at the fusion prices by mistake......if you want you can return the unopened cartos for the maxx fusion and just pay the price difference ....just email Mike at m@bloogplanet.com and cc me at a@bloogplanet.com and we can make sure that will happen... please note you did end up getting more then you paid for the first order so thats not so bad =)

It wasn't that it was confusion it was that i got the maxx fusion kit and thought it was just the fusion XD so i don't think it needs to be relabeled. I was like omg i gotta get the maxx fusion with the performance of what i thought the fusion was.... very impressed with it guys.. and the customer service is top notch. thank you so much for helping me work it out nycsublimegirl sorry for any trouble or inconvenience i might have caused. i now see why bloog is #1

Can we eliminate the fusion line at this point? I too ordered them by mistake and I can't see offering an inferior product at all. IMHO.

So since i ordered fusion cartomizers for my maxx fusion is it okay to vape them on a maxx fusion? i don't seem to get much vaper and there is a lot more of that crackling sound. Is this because the battery is to powerful?

Yes you can ise them on the MaxxFusion batt, but as you've noticed they just don't perform as well as the MF cartos. And the crackle is normal for that carto type. Hmm, maybe that's another advantage to the MF, less noisy.
