The rda that started it all - yes it has a Velocity style deck because it's the original.
Condition of the rda is really "like new" except for a very small ding on the edge of the drip tip - so I'll call the condition "good". The ding is so small that I can't capture it in the pic, but full disclosure - no surprises.
Comes with everything as new plus two extra sets of insulators.
