I didn't, surprisingly. I tried it on about 3 different builds and used a little bit more than I would cotton since it doesn't fluff like that. Maybe it's just because I'm not used to it... I just tried Muji Organic Japanese Cotton and love it, so I bought a whole bunch of that.
