It comes with the replacement glass with extended capacity (5mL iirc), original box, 2 older version coil heads (small hole), and 5 new version coil heads (i.e. the cotton version with larger hole). The tank has been used a handful of times, and performs very well. I'm only selling because I have found that I get as much enjoyment to just use 1+ ohm tanks. So don't hesitate to grab this great deal.
