Kayfun V4 comes with 2 acrylic tanks (clear that came with it, and authentic smoke colored), Authentic Bell Cap (already polished), Frenchy Fog "Mignon" drip tip that fits Bell Cap, Hysteric Vape Dome Cap, Nemesis hybrid adapter, 4S kit airflow, and both springs (original and gold). in great shape no nicks or scratches. Only thing missing from original packaging is the pyrex tank which I was able to break. Pyrex is never safe around me! This is a great set well more than $250 into it.
