It's just an atty stand.

Actually it's a bit more than a stand. It's also a tool for unscrewing the base of the Rose V2. Those two protrusions fit inside a couple of notches or holes on the bottom of the Rose to give you leverage when unscrewing it from the tank.

i noticed on my chowder squonked cyclones the bf hole is always at the bottom of the deck.i had 1 that was from va and the squonkhole was up higher.it worked fine just a difference i noticed at the time.i liked mine to drain completely rather than have a full deck of juice if i didnt vape it up...ya know.-Rick
