Ok here's an example...

If you wanted the setup on the left, it would be $30 for the tube, plus $10 for the top cap or connector piece, plus $40 for the atty, plus $35 for the switch. (Drip tip pictured on that setup is not for sale but all the ones below are available). So that would be $115 without a drip tip.
