Selling: Collection of 8 Atomizers

Condition: Like New

Known flaws: None

These atomizers are all like new and barely used. All have been cleaned in alcohol. All come in orginal box and all accessories included.

Original cost for all was approximately $175.

It makes no sense to break these up - my time for me to pack/track/process all individually is too much. Plus, shipping costs would be prohibitive. So, selling as a lot.

If no interest after a few days, I'll move this to another selling venue.

Hi GeekyGeezer,

Didn't realize that. Although, counterfeit = "made in exact imitation of something valuable or important with the intention to deceive or defraud". However, I clearly state that those are clones, so that isn't the intent here.

I haven't checked the rules for a long time but re-read them: Counterfeits will basically be an exact replica or a very similar copy of the original and not so much tied to the shape as it is more the markings. Sounds like ECF wants to protect people against being sold a true counterfeit (defrauded). There are no markings, etchings or logo on the atty's themselves that I have listed.

From the rules: Acceptable - Can be similar in size, shape (unless shape is unique) and even design but will not contain the same markings or colors. As long as the device can be distinguished as different from the original entirely, it will be considered acceptable. The device should be absent of all characteristics contained in the original, to include grooves, cutouts, coloring, shape if unique, and/or trademarks.

If required, I'll pull those items from the listing. I'll let the moderator decide.
