Received this kit a few weeks ago (has a small hairline scratch on top right of screen and a small faded area of paint wear in the center of the mod where the battery door meets the mod (see second pics-you can see a slightly faded area in the center.) Other than that no issues, have only tested the device with my own tank to make sure it fires and works properly, have NOT used the tank that comes with the kit or either of the coils (NI & TI) coils included. What is a seconds unit ? Second pic shows where the color is faded at, look closely. I can take a pic of the screen and attach it later when I get home I'm not home right now check back in a couple hours.

Thanks for the Reply CB: Seconds is usually an item that doesn't pass quality control for some reason and is sold as a seconds sale. They have them in stores Open Box, May Show Wear & Tear, Seconds? Reason I ask, you say it is New Item Never Used so is it a Seconds Unit? Trying to determine Why the Wear n Tear/Damage? I know cost on these units purchased two in COOP, can Give reasonable offer if in good working order and scratch in screen.

Oh ok, no it's a brand new unit, that's just how it came from China (from their factory) you know their build quality is not up to par like American made items are. I'm about to take the pics now for you, give me a few.
