Holding the +&- buttons simultaneously locks and unlocks power, or capicity to increase /decrease wats. No atty lock verbage appears. So, don't think so.

I think it was power and + buttons simultaneously and a little lock appears next to the ohms.

Tried the power &+. That nets right mode. Power &- nets normal mode. I'm going to conclude the chip doesn't have the atty lock feature.
