Selling: MCR mods 101 18500 Mech Silicon Bronze/Hiduron

Condition: Good

Known flaws: The Silicon bronze tube that has been used shows oxidation, but looks kinda cool. New and never used Silicon bronze tube has been in the plastic bag since delivery, took out for photos Only.

1 - MCR mods 101 (22mm) 18500 in discontinued Silicon Bronze Media Blasted tube. Gorgeous bronzy-goldish color. Hard to photograph, so thats why I added lots to show . Sometimes it photographs very warm and golden, but its a great more neutral tone

1 - New , never used Silicon Bronze 18500 tube

Comes with the beautiful Hiduron Top cap and Switch. This is a gorgeous brushed finish. IT is also a very unique tone, sort of stainless/ slightly golden tone. Its an alloy of copper and nickel.

Switch is recessed with classic MCR rose logo. Comes with installed with brass spring., but Neyodium magnets are included.

Hiduron Top Cap
CNC machined and hand finished 316 Hiduron Top Cap.
Delrin 510 Insulator.
Adjustable brass contacts 24k gold plated then rhodium flashed.


I LOVE this MOD, and it hurts to sell it, BUT I just have TOO MANY devices. Im keeping my 101SLs (20mm) But like I said, all my 22mm devices look so much alike.

Decided to open this back up. Gonna try one more thing.

Id also be willing to trade this for a Provari 2.5 MINI with extension for 18500 (of course love to have the new P3 top or beauty ring) in BLACK.

Id also be up for a Pro Classic in black. I dont need alot of wattage.

I will let this run for a couple more days, just in case.

And remember I would still love to trade for a Flash-e-vapor V3

Hi, anavidfan!! I assume both the tubes are identical in color and size? I have a few Provari Minis but a couple have wraps that can be removed if you don't like. I'm not sure about the P3 top as I have been out of the Provari loop for awhile but own 9 total!! Let me know or PM me if you wish!! Thanks

I know , I love it, and Im starting to think I should just keep it. THe tarnished tube is going to be soon be played with. I want to turn it darker and see what I can do to get it blackened.

Now that Zbeast is interested , the more Im getting hesitant to re-home.

Either way, I think if trade does not work out, this ad will be closed and its mine.

I dont know why I get these urges for trimming down the collection. I usually always end up regretting it.

It would look fantastic a bit darker with some tarnish! I'm a bit surprised no one has bought this. I love my MCR and just picked up a second hand one elsewhere so cheap its hard to believe it was real. Hopefully your deal works out!
