This is a sigelei Zmax Mini in Stainless Steel. It comes with the matching SS extension to accept 18650 batteries (takes 18350 without extension). It also comes with both versions of the top cap. The tapered cap, and the flat top cap.

This is a great mod and I used it exclusively for about 6 months, but it is in perfect condition. No scratches or dings that I could find and works perfectly. It really is a great mod.

I'd snag this if I could. I've got 2 already. I think these are made better than the ones out now, metal button and the extension is handy - would work on any Sig mini. Nice debendable mod. 15 watts isn't shabby.

Yep, works like a charm and built well. the poor mans provari, some say.

I HAVE a Provari, but found myself using this more. Not finicky with atomizers.

They also take any battery, flat or nipple and can safely stack 18350's. I think it was Pbsuardo that called them the 'poor man's Provari'. There's still an active thread in APV section dedicated to these.
