What's the airflow on these like? Only on one side of the tank or both?

There are two intakes under each coil. There is one under the adjustable ring. It will go from wide open direct lung hits to tight mouth to lung hits. The adjustable ring "clicks" into place so it doesn't move unless you want it to.
