Sorry, but this is a bit shaky to me. You get all this stuff to review for free. Most reputable reviewers either give the stuff away or raffle for charity.
I've given away a ton of stuff (at my own shipping cost) matter of fact I've spent over 100 bucks just shipping stuff to giveaway in the past month or so not including giveaways, just randomly giving stuff away to people. The issue is people tend to take advantage of it and for me to literally giveaway all this stuff would take a ton of time and cost hundreds in shipping. and no big reviewers don't do that at all actually. and that's how they make a living. also 90+% of this stuff was purchased by me.
I'm taking this post down. I'll honor the 1 item sold on it and that's all for this thread.

Reviewers give stuff away all the time because it increases their views. Welcome to the real world.
You only see part of it. I've seen reviewers charge other reviewers shipping to give them 1 of the dozen of a mod they were sent. i've seen many that do special giveaways for their donators as well. also all those make a living off of it. it's more an investment when they give stuff away. i've done many giveaways myself (and always came out of pocket for shipping) while making not even a penny off any review I've done. so no there is no "for profit" it's me selling a bunch of stuff i'm not using to get rid of clutter. it's apples and oranges. I've also given away a ton of stuff randomly out of goodness and lots of time's it winds up with a bunch of people fighting over it, getting mad they didn't get it, and the people that get it selling it off anyway. it's pretty ....ty TBH. I've given away at least 500 bucks work of gear (not even in giveaways but to random people on forums) in the past couple of months and fronted shipping. alot of stuff i've purchased as well. I'm sending out 3 packages this weekend of stuff given away. 2 at random, 1 for a giveaway i did where the vendor shipped directly and DHL lost it and DHL is giving the winner the run around and the vendor said they can't do nothing unless DHL returns the package to them, so i said i'd ship him some stuff in place of what DHL lost. So again it's apples and oranges nor do you know the whole story or what I do/ have done
those reviewers are gives multiple of the same thing to give away and keep , if he chooses to sell them and not keep a single item because he wasn't given multiples it is his prerogative , he isnt Busardo or Todd and like he said he paid for most of the stuff himself, so shame on you Geeky for making him feel bad for doing something that is none of your business
