The threads are smooth, no paint issues. It has never been abused or dropped. It has been kept in a sleeve it's whole life. No bottom scratches. It is as beautiful as the day I got it. It will come with all 4 sleeves pictured, 15ft of Spidersilk and 50 ft of 28 Ni200. I don't have the gift bag but have the box and original receipt and it does have the latest firmware $125 Shipped
