These are brand new. I have screwed on an atty to test function then put back in package very well made but I have found something I want very badly and need to free up some funds. They will come with original packaging. There are no manuals or charge cords just the mod alone. They run off a 26650 battery and have the Evolve dna-75-C chip in them. Very nice an very light weight. Any questions, Please ask.
