A cool interchangeable set, delrin base that has a black , SS, and white top to it and a cool little delrin shorty

Moddish Metal "Donatella" unknown little delrin shorty and I cant remember the tall one, but it was made by a really great vintage modder that made great DTs and those cool 510 attie tubes to keep liquid leaks in place. Its made of anodized aluminum?

Special little beauty, not sure if its stabilized wood or acrylic, signed "by Saint mods" I love this little guy, but its made for more restricted atties, narrow to enhance flavor. SOLD

I will take a photo of them against a ruler in mm , If I had to guess the little Saint is 3.5 to 4?
I woke up late, and with a borderline migraine... so need to drink lots of COFFEE

I was bad, been craving bread, so I hate a whole baguette/ loaf yesterday. TOO MANY SUGARS and carbs... Not good with borderline diabetes

You should look into Intermittent Fasting. Great book is The complete guide to fasting by Dr Fung. My dad and friend were both type 2, started fasting and now don't need to take insulin. I do the fasting as well now, its so simple and easy to do. Lost 15lbs in 3 months just by changing when I eat as well as a little diet modification(cutting down on carbs)

Ive been doing pretty much the same thing for the last few months.
Once every 2 weeks or so, i give myself a "day" for those bad things I love. Yesterday was bread day. So only ate that bread and did have a bit of turkey on the side.... I miss donuts most of all, used to eat a dozen or more every weekend.

I also have bad acid reflux . The worst is the stress and man has that been a *itch the last 3 months.
One good thing, Ive lost 40lbs cause I cant eat anything good and cant eat too much at a time or it will get out
