US Vendors for E9 Cartomizers?

There use to be a list of E9 model "names".
But the site that hosted the list closed...

My other recommendation is get a D2 to D1 adapter at leCig and use KR808D-1 cartos - Vapor4Life has the best selection of prefilled KR808D-1 cartos and I think any D2 site you find will have much less selection

Dormouse...you're quickly becoming my favorite poster...and I'm sure to quickly become the newbie that gets on your nerves. 
A couple of questions:
1. How can you tell the difference between the D1 and the D2? I want to confirm that my 51 Duo is in fact a D2.
2. Do you have suggestions for backup D2 batteries? I don't want to do the 51 Duo again because the $50 price tag is a rip off but I want to be able to use all my current chargers rather than have two sets to fit the different kinds.

1. I think it looks pretty much identical but the threading is different. They cannot use each other's cartos without an adapter.
2. Yes - AZSMokeFree.com for $37 you can get a whole KR808D-2 kit. Says right under it compatible with Smoke 51 Duo and lists others (but it is wrong about Bloog - Bloog is now KR808D-1 threading). The kit includes TWO batteries. I don't know anyplace that sells single batteries at a good price but you could check those other name brands (just not Bloog since they switched to D1)
