USA Mix ... whats the difference between RED and MARL?

Been using USA Mix from LiteCig and wondering if I can get the same from HealthCabin...

USA Mix is the normal marlboro.
Red USA Mix is the marlboro in red box.
Red USA Mix is stronger than USA mix.
