USB 510 question

I just got back to NC and checked out my order for a 510. The USB P/T is rusted in the battery case on the positive post end and the battery is rusty around the positive post. I emailed the supplier and he said that the cost is so high on returns etc. that if I emailed pic he would then decide whether it should be replaced.

Is this thing safe to use? All I need is to ruin my computer or my face. It would give the FDA all the ammo they need to shut down imports. Oh, yeah, like I want to be responsible for that.

Can someone help me out there? I will get my next one from PS. Right now I just need to know whether I can use this one or not.

Great typing skills, huh?--I was wondering if there is a replacement battery available in the US. It says ICR10440 360mAh. Is that the same as a camera battery?

If it's an icr10440 360 mah you should be able to replace the battery

The cigar batts work great in the 510 passthrough.

The guys in the modder's forum have a lot of battery links, and I think a lot of the suppliers carry them too

You need different batteries for different equipment for the 510? So you'd have to change the battery to use the passthrough?
