Hello I just received a usb charger in from China for my joye 510 manual batteries and I am so confused by it! I lost my original charger so I ordered this one. The usb charger's light is blue when I plug it into the computer's usb port. The battery doesn't blink or anything, it used to show a red light then green light on the end when it was plugged into the charger. I can't tell if this one is even working. 
It's supposed to work for joye 510, I have no idea if it is charging or not. Is any1 out there familiar with these things?
Edit: I just twisted it around and now it feels stiff and sturdy, I plugged it into a diff. usb port and the end of the battery flashed red and now the usb light is red. Does that mean it's charging?
