USB Charger for e-cig

Hello. I have a 510-T e-cig from e-cigarette Canada. I screw my cig onto the usb port and plug it into the computer to charge. I left it overnight and no vapour today. Isn't the end of the cig suppose to light up (red) to show it's charging? This is a pretty basic devise, but I wonder if I'm doing anything wrong. Help would be appreciated.

Hi, and welcome.

If you have a typical 510/Ego USB charger, the charger itself should have a light on it (red while charging, green when charged). The charger that came with my first kit was defective, and I had to replace it. If you can, see if you can try a different charger to rule that out.

This may be a stupid question, but when leaving it plugged in to your computer overnight, the computer is still on, right? Computer USB ports have no power when the computer is shut off, put to sleep, or hibernated...

Are you certain that the USP port on your computer is working and is supplying the correct amount of current for the battery & charger? It may not be giving the correct amount of current to charge your battery.

The best device to use for your 510 charger is a USB/wall adaptor. This is what is recommended for USB devices like cell phones. Canadian E-cigarette Happy USB Wall Plug Adapter
