Use a cartomizer on a bottomfeeder?

I've not held a boxmod in my hands so I have to ask here.

Assuming the proper connection/adapter, can a cartomizer be used on a bottomfeeder mod in place of the bottle supplying juice?

Your question is a little confusing.

If you meant to ask if a carto can be used instead of an atty on a bottom feeder, the simple answer is yes.

If it will feed depends on the bottom feeder and carto combination used.

If you go with a bottom feeder, I'd suggest getting an atomizer for it even if you like cartos. You may find you prefer atty's with a bottom feeder as they produce better flavor.

If you are talking about removing the bottle, or needle assembly completely the answer is yes. I use one like this for atties and cartos when the draw has stiffened too much.
