Am I losing it or has everyone gone mad? Why is everyone selling their stuff.in the classifieds for the same if not just a few bucks off of the price of a new one? Like yes I understand its a tough economy but honestly I just went and bought.a brand new car drove it.off of the lot but there's no way I could sell it for what I bought it for. I also understand if you only used a pv once and didn't like it and wanted to atleast come close to breaking even. But come on once a product is used its used you sell it for a used price. I also understand the pricing on the other stuff.that's hard to get yours hands on and that's fine. But lets get real price your stuff.correctly asking $65 for somthing you paid $67 for and used for weeks is rediculas.

OK I'm done raging and I'm sorry if.I.offended anyone but this is where I stand on the subject.

Some mods have been discontinued but are still in demand, some mods have long wait lists, some are unique. But if you mean mass-produced stuff then yes - people should sell used stuff at a discount or at least hopefully everyone is smart enough not to buy their stuff. But really, unless it's a rebrand sold only at one site, then you don't know what they paid for it or even whether they know what it should cost. I see plenty of people every day paying too much for things new.

This car cost just a tad over $12,000 brand new
    1957_ferrari_250_testa_rossa.jpg

Have you got the $12,000,000 that it sold for this summer.
And believe me, it was WELL USED

Only worth what someone is willing to pay!
I would love to have a mod from Reosmods, except I'm not willing to pay ---------

Do they sell though? If it's not something hard to get, I'd rather pay the extra couple of dollars and get it from the supplier. I can't imagine that unless it's a good mod like the Reo that the warranty is transferred.

Thank you atleast you get it

Keep in mind that the sellers in the classies also had to pay shipping from the vendor when they bought it new. Most of the time, you get a couple dollars off the original price PLUS shipping is usually free from an individual so you're getting more than a couple dollars off.

One thing I hate to see is price gouging. GG's are prime example of this. Why pay $300 for one when all you have to do is have some patience and get one new from COV for a lot less. The only way a person should pay this is if they are after a low number but is it really worth it to spend $80 (or whatever it is) over the new price just for a laser engraving? Not me...no thanks.

Some include shipping but not all and I don't mind paying shipping that's no big deal as I'm going to have to pay shipping on a new one anyhow. Its like this is you have a guy selling a rusted out car and a guy that is selling the same car for the same price but in way better condition. Which would you rather buy?

I've bought (way too much!!) vaping stuff in the classys here on ECF. I'm happy with my purchases. I've saved hundreds off retail on juices. I felt like a stupid when I saw I paid retail for something used. It was $10 shipped so no big deal.

I'd pay 1 and a half x retail for an Empire Drip Shield. I'd also pay over retail for a JonBoyUSMC Tank. The wait list is l-o-n-g.

If you want to complain about prices you might try the mall. I can verify as a buyer that many of them carry $20 kits for about $200 with tax. Ouch. Wish I had shopped the ECF classys instead.

That is not the point the point is I know how much they paid for it there for I'm not paying retail for somthing used ever heard the phrase "highway robbery"? Yeah like I said IF ITS RARE AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET then by all means ill pay a little extra but for most part those are not the steams I'm talking about

Have to agree with Boodle on this one . No one is forcing you to buy anything off the classy's . If you don't like the prices , go to the website and order a new one , that 's if it's in stock .

Once again not the point. Its about peoples mind sets not that someone thinks that their used stuff is worth retail

There is a difference between somthing that is almost impossible to find and no longer in production. However this is not the case your argument is invalid I'm talking about paying the same amount for somthing used as I could pay for it new

How often do you see "Not in stock" when you go looking for a new mod?

Personally, I will buy from an individual before a vendor. The individual is usually in need of the cash return whereas the vendor already has the cash. I would rather have a few bucks in MY pocket than a vendors'.
