if i used a LR (1.5 ohm) atty on my regular manual 901 batteries will i notice a difference? i think that it will burn hotter and make more vapor correct?

Using a LR atty on a standard battery is not advised. It will cut down on battery life and can ruin your battery. It will not fire properly because of voltage draw, most manufactures of LR atty’s don’t recommend using on any battery with less than 450mAh / 3.7 volt. There are a gazillion threads on this subject try using search to find the tech data
They really shouldn't be used on eGo/Riva type batteries either, even though some people do anyway. The power generated from a LR atty can fry the MOSFET switch in those types of devices. I suggest looking into mods and dripping your juice if you really want to go the LR route. I really enjoy it!
