USPS package sitting at customs for over a week

Hello dear friends,

I ordered from DragonFly products and its been sitting at customs for the last week and a half. I have a feeling they have seized my package, but how do I find out. I cant find the number for Canada customs anywhere, so I can ask them to send it back to the shipper if anything, so I can get my money back.

Any help is appreciated,

the company will have any knowledge about holdings, most importantly, if they are affected. I recommend calling/contacting them to find out for sure. Also, during that same call, you can let them know of the situation and if they are not subject to being held in customs, ask for the situation to be resolved.

Or... you can try a different company like the many others listed in this forum.

Don't know if this will help or not, in the us but ordered from canada once.....took it three weeks to arrive and they had opened it. It was just a dual usb car charger, but they kept the box opened and put clear tape so anyone could see into the package and sent it to me that way. weird, but at least it finally arrived. Hope you get resolution soon.

Thank you for all the replies fellows. Ive contacted the vendor to see if they can do anything about it.

Strange because I ordered an ecig from China a week before that order and it arrived in the mail no problems. So it must be something with the labelling of the contents that has triggered customs to hold the package.

On a side note, I didnt think that the level of nicotine on the ecigs would compare to analogues, so my first kit came with High nicotine, and im used to smoking lights/extra lights, and I just cant stand the head rush from it. So I'm still smoking analogues until I can get a bottle of lights to drip into my cartridge. I havent given up on quitting analogues just yet.
