Uwell Caliburn isn’t firing

Hey what’s up guys, just joined this forum because I need some help with my caliburn.
I just picked up a bottle of juice not 2 hours ago expecting everything to be fine and dandy, but after it’s filled and ready I go to hit it and nothing comes out... it’s fully charged, the light turns on when activated and button is pressed, there’s just no vapour coming out.
I tried cleaning the connectors with a cotton swab multiple times, if anybody could help me out with my firing problem that would be great

Nah, i wouldn’t have a problem with it if I had another one but that’s the problem lol

You need to get some spare pods, they go south without much warning. Not a bad idea to get a couple extra caliburns too. Haven't had one fail yet, but it's just a matter of time.

Yeah, I was starting to think I got the .... end of the stick and my last pod was just defective

Welcome and glad you joined.
Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M vape shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Make sure the pod is seated correctly. The Caliburn has a click to it when you press it all the way in. Make sure it's all the way in or it won't fire.
