UWELL CROWN 4 IV 200W TC BOX MOD not firing

Hello,

I have a crown 4 vape a few months old. When I press the main button my vaoe wont fire. Im not even able to lock the vape. It's as if the main firing button is broken. The screen doesnt light up when the main button is pushed. The screen lights up from the bottom two buttons only. Any help is appreciated.
