I don't know about anyone else, but I realized tonight after changing a coil (out of preference, not out of necessity) that I have yet to get an actual bad coil! [Note: I did think once I had a bad coil, but I was using 50/50 liquid and that is far too thin for this.] Other tanks I've used had anywhere from like 25%+ coils that were bad (the Arctic had a stage where bad coils were more likely than not!) This is pretty great when you think of it and it makes the price that much more reasonable. Oh, and you can find these coils now on ebay for like $16 for 4.

Took the coil out last night I been using since I bought the Crown, the cotton looks surprisingly clean using CN Siren Song exclusively.

Changed it for a different flavor, no other reason, tastes the same as it did weeks ago.

Rinsed it out, put it back in the packaging for later use.

Just stumbled upon a very cool site today - Vapecrawler You can type in whatever and it will list out prices across suppliers. Not necessarily an exhaustive list and the results aren't always accurate, but it was quicker for me to look here than to Google it. Lowest price found there was $8.99 for a pack of 4. Might come in handy for other folks, so thought I'd mention it.

Is it only me? that the 0.25 coils give better flavor than the Ni200.

Hmm...I dunno. I might be the outlier? My Ni200 coils (.15Ω) are working, not only flawlessly, but maybe even better than my SS coils. I am absolutely impressed with these! Plus with these I can vape the tank bone dry! Plenty happy, I am.

No. It's not only you. Plenty of people prefer the flavor of the SS coils or Kanthal coils over Nickel. Most reviews I have seen mention that the flavor is slightly muted with Nickel coils.

Titanium, on the other hand, does give excellent flavor. Unfortunately, not many tanks offer a Titanium coil, yet.

I'm personally not a fan of the rba deck. I tried that before the SS coils mine came with. The SS coils blew me away compared to the nickel build I put on the RBA deck. Going to try to rebuild one of the coil heads with ni200. Rebuilding these looks fairly easy but we'll see once It's time to replace the coil head. Enjoying it way too much right now to prematurely disassemble one.

The crown coils are stainless steel instead of kanthal.

With the Ni200 I still get massive clouds but the flavor doesn't give the wow factor as I do with the .25 dual. The flavor doesn't quite shine through. I like the fact the ni200 doesn't give u dry hits but Im not able to draw the full flavor potential of the ejuice.

By "impressed" I meant flavor and vapor, too. I mean, I guess vapor impresses me, but I don't vape for big vapor, nor have I ever. You may be someone that just doesn't care for Ni200, but I am really impressed. My only other experience with Ni200 was on the Freemzax Starre Pro and it didn't taste nearly as good as these. I do think there is a difference between kanthal and Nickel for taste, so there is that, but I don't see the difference as wide as others make it seem. But it is there.
