Uwell Crown gets really warm

Not sure if I am the only one, but I discovered that my uwell crown on existing stock coil gets really really hot after like 6-7 drags.

It doesn't happen on my Kangertech subtank.

Any kind souls care to enlighten me?

mod used is Evic Mini.

Yeah, after 7 back to back hits it is normal to get warm. I don't chain vape my crown...using the .25 coil at 70w with 5mgs of nic I'm good at two to three deep lung hits., I purposely avoid overheating my crown because I want the coil to last. I'm getting two to three weeks on a coil now, and I like it like that.

I think the most you would get is a "check atomizer"... The coil would simply burn out. .highly doubtful if it would actually explode..lol

If you're chain-vapin' it with a leg up like a rockstar at the Evic's maximum wattage..then you should be worried.

I have the same setup as yours but never had a problem with it getting hot and bothered at 25W. Maybe you may want to slow it down a little between drags?

airflow? The kangertech has air flows directed at the coil, that way this will help slowing down the rate of heating on the coil.
