We've all bought a bottle of e-liquid that was harsh, peppery or not quite what we were looking for flavor-wise. We have sold a lot of bottles, with only a handful of reported complaints that got handled, appropriately, but we can only assume others may not have taken the time to report it/complain. We went through a number of nicotine suppliers since our June 2015 launch, and some of those weren't very good experiences, but we have been using NicSelect[emoji769] by Alchem International for the last 15 months with outstanding quality. So, to let customers that have ordered a while back and had a bad experience try us again without much invested, we wanted to drop the price to the lowest we could without it being completely free. To answer any questions about sweeteners in our e-liquids: We do not add anything. No sucralose, no EM, no liquid Stevia, nada. Any sweetness in our flavors comes from the flavoring, themselves (which a lot of them obviously have sweeteners, or they would taste cruddy). We don't get too many reports of coil gunk, but wanted to bring the matter up to those wondering.
