V4L Customer Service Groupie Thread

Not sure how this will go over but... I had to rave about you guys one more time!! So the adapter I received 2 hours ago didn't work. I posted here, Chadley responded. I tried a few things to make it work; no such luck. Made a call to my favorite vapor supplier, spoke to the Kristie (sp) who was awesome, and a replacement is on the way. No where else I am telling you. These guys are the best!!! You know its the little things that keep a customer happy, quick response, outstanding attitude, great results. I have yet to be disappointed.

I am going to be adding to this to show people who are new how awesome these guys really are.

Havent had the pleasure of speaking with Robert yet. I am hoping I will never need to but as I always say, "It is nice to have everything go perfectly, but the reality is that it doesnt. Recovery makes all the difference."

He just fixed an issue for me a few minutes ago and was very courteous and dealt with the problem with no hassle at all. I know we say it a lot but V4L really does have the best CS out there.

That video is awesome! I'm sure Audrey loves it because there's been a massive amount of "when is my ticket going to be answered?" and "this product isn't working" posts over on facebook lately, which is where I'm most active. It's gotta be frustrating for you guys.
