keyzy I hope today goes alright for you! meditate and do breathing exercises and stretch as much as you can. hopefully it wont be too bad until your surgery. You have all the people in this forum to support you!

I love catching up on the forum on Tuesday.
My hubby is a hairdresser so our "weekend" is Sunday & Monday. Kinda sux because everyone knows we're around to do stuff they didn't get done on their weekend....and we do it 'cause we're doormats...lol.

Good afternoon family! Glad to see everyone is doing a little better. Keyzy, hang in there. I can't live without my meds for long, but when I have had to do without, a lot of meditation and relaxation went a long way.
KrisBKream (I love that name and the donuts too), I feel your pain. My son is a childhood onset schizophrenic. Fortunately he was never violent...but at one point they put him in a ward overnight for observation....I only saw a small taste of what you go through everyday. You will be blessed for that

Keener sir if your comp is less than three years old there shouldn't be an issue unless you have a lot of items running off your 5v line.
