Good news for me today !Altho i have aged 20 years in the 2 months of tests and worry lol ....just need physical therapy and one med for now ! Good thoughts and prayers to all of you still going thru health issues !

G'bye for a while, everybody -- I leave tomorrow morning at oh-dark-thirty for my annual pilgrimage back east, to see my Mother and sister. Will probably not have any time/energy to sneek on sis's computer to check in. Hope to be back by next Thursday or so.

lol! Mmm, OJ. I can't promise anything on the cinna-roll, yet, haven't tried it. I may or may not be just a flat-out, outright flavor-bed-hopper. My poor momma' would be rolling in her grave. "Why don't you settle down with one good flavor? That OJ is a good one...a little bit of a tart, but she'll treat you right," she'd say.

On a side note, it's 1:17 AM here and I want to SLEEP but my sister is over at her b/f's house and I'm playing babysitter to her daughter until she gets back. Pair that little 5 yrs.-old with my 2 yrs.-old and it's like hades in a handbasket; they both turn into monsters. She ain't payin' me enough to call in to work tomorrow. Simple economics state that the $0 babysitter pay doesn't touch my day job. Get a move on, woman, or me and OJ are gonna' come track you'ens down! Lemme sleep, lawd oh lawdy, let a man sleep!

Hope everyone is having a good night! Probably won't get very good sleep tonight, so I might be on late tomorrow, but I'll try to pop in!

Tonight is end of this season of Glee. Will they win Nationals? Is Jessie St James still messing with Rachael's head?

Yes I know it's sad, but I love this program! It reminds me of my teenaged years, lots of singing, dancing, playing instruments, trying to catch the boy etc. Ah, nostalgia!
Husband hates it and will go to bed at 8.30 or will get drunk so he can endure it.

So, nobody made any comment about my proposal to give away my surplus batteries. Have I done something wrong here? It's ok to be honest about this, cos I've only been around this site about 3 months.

Lesson I learned this morning from the Parenting School of Hard Knocks: Do not EVER, under NO circumstances, tell your child that you'll get them ice cream unless it's at that very precise moment in time. No "this evening," or, "when I get home from work." Right then ONLY.

Another morning treat by way of Keener child made me realize that children are raring to go in the mornings. No caffeine needed. They come locked and loaded. And if you're trying to make YOUR caffeine, zombified while waiting on the coffee decanter to brew its nectar of the gods, and you're wearing boxers... your kid can and WILL pants you. And laugh. Hysterically.

Wow Keener, that's too funny! My little one is still a toddler who pretty much refuses to speak, but she cracked me up yesterday. First she brought me her book with yo gabba gabba on the cover. Then she brought me the remote. Then she turned around, faced the tv, and started dancing. Gee, I wonder what she wanted...

And yes, she got it. I'm wrapped around her little finger big time
