Mornin peoples, I hope you all had a good weekend!

My sister is at her BF's until Friday, so I had my duplex aaaaaalll to myself...nice! My biggest "accomplishment" was a brilliant idea I had. I mixed up some brownie batter....I had a package of Tollhouse cookie dough in the fridge...the kind that is already scored and you just break them off for baking. So I poured the brownie batter in the pan, then broke the cookie dough up and nestled it in the brownie batter and baked. omg. I took 16 of them over to my fave nephew's and he ate 8 of them while we were watching a DVD. Sooooo yum!

Im a bit sad today.No reason really,just not feeling great and nervous about going to Miami again.I just want it to be over and paid for and to get on with my life.I keep thinking of the after surgery pain and dizziness and am so NOT looking forward to it.I need to cheer myself up.Im just so tired of it all.

I'd call that a very valid reason. I'm sorry, Keyzy. Sounds like you could use some of Kittypie's chocolate chip cookie brownies! I know I could!

he loves it .He doesn't want to do anything ,thats his whole point lol ..well except be able to target shoot where he wants .
He just wants peace ,he's the opposite of me .No one to phone home to ,our parents are all gone.I say "where am i supposed to work ? " i am the one who will be working later as i'm younger .Keep in mind he was miserable in the city noise as he was raised here in this teeny town,he'll be right at home but me ?

Sorry you feel that way, keyzy, I have bouts of melancholia too from time to time. I hope you'll get some relief, I know the aniticaption is HARD. I'll be right over with the crownies Or maybe it should be brookies?

In other news, another one of my molars broke over the weekend. $^*%. I'm not going to dentist until/unless it starts hurting; I haven't even paid him off from the last one!

Nana...I am having such baby withdrawls....warned my son we'd be headed their way this weekend for my baby fix Enjoy the time with your daughter and little one....
Kezy...your son is so handsome. Hang in there, I know it's hard when you don't feel well and are waiting for more surgery. Time goes fast, it will be here before you know it.

For everyone else, hope you had a nice weekend and Happy Monday. I had a fabulous weekend with my daughter and sister so I'll be on cloud nine for awhile. It will at least hold me over until I get my baby fix this coming weekend.

We are so reacting to decreasing daylight...the first real days of fall seem to be bluer than most <sigh> I know I would be happier with HEAT for the downstairs but the problem seems to be slowly resolving itself...one little degree at a time By winter, I expect the downstairs to be a very tropical 65 degrees

Waylon...sounds like he would be happy with a tent in the woods! But, it's good he has a dream...I can't get DH to plan past tonight <roflol> However, if he's too serious...just remind him bullets aren't free, target or otherwise so he needs to make a plan That usually brings a splash of cold reality...but, if you KNOW it can never happen, it doesn't hurt to plan with him if it makes him happy for awhile

ahhh well yes he knows all about that stuff ,,here you can barely get what you need to go shooting at the range and at quite a cost ....Thats the problem ,it can happen ...one day.

@kitty pie ...think seriously if its a molar about just having it pulled .They like to charge for crowns on back teeth you cant see and don't need .If they are the way way backs you don't need em ,they will fight you on this but both my husband and i have done this because the fee is cheaper for the extraction .
