V4L has spoiled me

It's true. I stopped ordering liquid exclusively from V4L. Tasty Vapor offers 4oz of 0% nicotine for $15. How could I pass that up? However, I have not been happy with TVs flavors at all. Atomic Cinnecide was amazing, but the others I have tried fall short. The TV team has been nothing but professional and friendly with my dealings with them. But... some people like Coke, some like Pepsi, and I like V4L! This is my 3rd bottle of WOW Peppermint. Each one has been delicious and consistent.

In short, V4L has been the best company with the best products I have dealt with. I look forward to dealing with V4L in the future. You guys have changed the way I smoke. You've given me a great product and great service. For that, I extend to you my most appreciative thanks for a job well done and the hopes and wishes for many more years of excellence.

Now, when ya' gonna' get in some more white cool carts?!?

Unfortunately, I've had to go to only buying juice that I've tried and like in prefilleds before I buy the bottles. Wow smilin menthol tastes nothing like menthol and I'm told by customer service that due to it being made by a different manufacturer that it happens. Now I'm paranoid to purchase anything that I haven't tried because I can end up stuck with something that tastes nothing like the title recommends. When I order something that is called menthol, I expect it to taste at least a little bit like menthol. Instead, I'm stuck ordering the same flavor a from a different manufacturer from the same company just so it tastes like what it claims to on the bottle. That seems a little more confusing than it should be. I wasn't even really looking for a replacement. I just wanted customer service to know that the flavor seemed way off or even mislabeled. Not only did they not care, they seemed kind of rude about it. I think that I will continue to buy cartos and batteries here but buy juice elsewhere.

If you think that I'm just being grumpy, try Wow Smilin Menthol. You can have my bottle.

i'm sure that i would still be smoking if it wasn't for V4L.. so glad that i found them... they have been a lifesaver for me..

macho- i can relate into what you are saying.. it can get quite expensive buying juice and carto's and batts, especially if the juice that you ordered wasn't the same quality in flavour that you purchased before.. but hopefully they will get the flavour back on track as it once was..

I am so glad I found v4L - I do not think I would still be off the cigs if it weren't for them. I am not really into the menthols or tobacco flavors at all, so can't relate. And of course I have tried a few that ended up not being favorites, but I have found about 10 flavors that I love and 4 that I consider my "go to" flavors. I never thought it would be possible, but Idon't miss smoking at all!

MachoKing I agree...I did not like the smilin' menthol either. As a matter of fact, I couldn't find any menthol I liked from V4L, other than the generic menthol that came with my kit.

I got the menthol sampler and they were all terrible in my opinion. I decided just to stick with what I started with, the menthol that came with my kit.

so, I ordered 5 boxes of the generic, "premium" menthol.

right after I did that I tried the last cartridge in my menthol sampler - it was the Cowboy Menthol, and it's just great!

Even though I've had nothing but good luck with V4L, I can sympathize. I think that all of the suppliers should have a sticky devoted to changes in supplies. Many times it's not the vendor's fault. They simply have to get their supply from someone else. But when that happens, they should inform us. Nothing is worse that dropping $50 - $100 or more on your favorite flavor only to find out that it doesn't taste the same at all anymore. Please keep us informed guys!
