V4L passthrough not working out of the box :(

Hello everyone,

I just got my new starter kit from Vapor4Life yesterday, everything is working great except for the passthrough.

I have an Auto PT, i've tried plugging the USB connector into my car adapter, wall adapter, and MacBook (they all supply at least 5 volts) but none of them power the PT. This leads me to believe the PT is faulty. Is there anyway to fix this without voiding my warranty? or should I just call V4L customer service and ask for an exchange?

contact CS. they are very good at responding to their customers. i had a DOA battery & they sent out another one quickly & sent an RMA to return the bad battery, no muss no fuss.

Spoke with Tim? @Vapor4Life today. They are sending me a new passthrough no questions asked!

This was my first time dealing with v4l customer service. They are very professional and prompt!

glad to help out. yep they are a fine bunch of folks. they are in the middle of a big move so if you need anything else now is a good time they have a discount offer running tomorrow on cartos...
